The teenage years are infamous turbulent. Adolescents are establishing their own identities, doing more things independently, trying out different roles, taking more roles socially, and possibly experimenting with drugs and alcohol, and all of this can come with emotional costs.
People think depression is sadness and crying. People think depression is dressing in black. But people are wrong. Depression is the constant feeling of being numb, being numb to emotions, being numb to life.

Young. Wild. Free. Three words to describe the life of a teenager. Teenagers are fond of doing things like going to party, dancing with the music, drinking liquors and others too. Little did they know that these words have deeper meanings. Teenagers are still young but some of them acts like an adult and thinks like they can dance in the rain.
According to my survey, teenagers do such things because they want to escape from their problems, some said that they want to feel that they are free but some of them said that they do it just because they want it.

The one they are sharing their thoughts, who will be their crying shoulder, who will make them smile when they don't know what happiness is at all, the one who will motivate them when they are feeling down. But how about if that someone leave you like nothing else happened?

PAGKILATIS SA KUNG ANO ANG EPEKTIBO
Hindi lang basta ganda ang puhunan ng isang dalaga sa pagkakaroon ng magandang pakikitungo sa ibang tao ngunit ito ay ang paniniwala na siya ay pangangalaga ng mga epektibo ngunit maaasahang produktong pampaganda.
Ngunit paano nga ba makikilatis ang mga produktong ito? Dahil sa labis na pagkalinga sa mga taong hibang na sa mga produktong pampaganda, narito ang apat na epektibong paraan kung paano malalaman kung epektibo ba ang isang produkto.

FUN COOKING HABIT
Many people were afraid to be in the kitchen due to the problems that they are encountering. Despite of the wants to cook in the kitchen for them to eat, they will just order a food from a fast food chains.
People know how much delicious a food if you're really the one who cook for it. So that, here are some tips for you to feel comfortable while cooking in your kitchen.
TONELADANG SHABU. Buwelta ni President ng Liberal Party na si Pangilinan na pagtuunan ang mga shabu napupuslit ng BOC dahil dito nagsisimula ang problema sa droga.
CHINESE VESSELS. Namataan ng PAG-ASA ang walong chinese vessels malapit sa pinagaagawang West Philippine Sea. Hindi pa matukoy kung ano ba ang pakay ng mga ito ngunit malinaw na dalawa sa mga barkong ito ay nangingisda malapit sa nasabing isla.
Sabi nila, ang Spratly Islands na matatagpuan sa West Philippine Sea ay pag-aari ng Pilipinas, sabi naman ng iba ito ay pag-aari ng Tsina batay sa lokasyon nito at sabi rin naman ng iba, ito ay pag-aari ng mga bansa na nasa timog ng bansang Pilipinas.
Maraming pinaniniwalaan ang mga tao kung sino ang may ari nito at ang iba naman ay
tila walang pagsang-ayon sa mga pangyayari sa pagitan ng mga bansang pinag-aagawan ang teritoryong ito.
MADILIM NA LARO NG BUHAY
Ang buhay natin ay parang isang laro, kung sasabihin mong titigil ka na ay gagawin mo ang sinasabi mo pero pandaliang panahon lamang, dahil naiisip mo ang mga bagay na nararamdaman mo sa panahong nakakatikim ka ng gusto mo, dahil naiisip mo tanging gusto mo lang ang malalapitan mo sa oras ng problema.
Problema ang nagiging dahilan sa mga pagsubok na kung ano anong bagay, kahit na sinabi mo noon na “masama ito”, “hindi ko ito gagawin” at “basta magiging mabuti akong tao at hindi susuko”. Lahat ng salitang yan ay kinain mo dahil lamang sa mga problema mo sa iyong buhay, na akala mo ay hindi magagawan ng solusyon.

No one can predict things that will happen in the future. No one can read minds to know what will a person will do. But we can prevent bad things. In our generation, it is easy to chat with someone who is not near to you. Imagine you and your crush chatting on messenger morning, afternoon, night and even in midnight. Telling you to eat always, to be careful whenever you’re out. And you are now starting to fall for him/her.

Teenage is an age of fantasy. A teenager wants to see him/herself at the top of everything, wishes to get anything s/he desires. They want to be like a movie star or a great rock star. Being in a romantic relationship is one of the things which most teenagers desire to be in. Teenage is also the most crucial age where people should take rational decisions in term of their career or right choices to achieve their dreams. Relationships might hinder them from achieving the dreams. So, relationship is a thing to be avoided at teenage.
I strongly believe that teens should be discouraged from a romantic relationship. The only rational thing that they ought to do is to focus on their career and make their life meaningful by pursuing the purpose for which they were sent here on Earth. Each of us has a specific purpose and power of making our dreams come true lies within.

JUDGEMENTAL
Don’t deny it. Don’t lie to yourself. We all know that once in our life, we judge a person base on their physical appearance. That’s human nature. That’s us. But what we didn’t realize is we are the cause of their deep scars that even time can’t heal.
We tell jokes about how bad they look, we laugh and they would just laugh with us, pretending to be okay, pretending that the joke didn’t stab them right on the heart. We thought it’s okay to joke around with people who are ugly because they always smile with every joke we make. But what we didn’t know is that they are hurting inside, their heart is bleeding and pleading and shouting to the society to stop. Don’t be fooled by their small smiles, calm faces or serious façade, those emotions hides deep wounds that we caused.

IN AN UNACCEPTABLE SOCIETY
In the current world, looks and wealth are more highlighted over mannerism and moral values. People are attracted to the physical appearance a person has, a perfect nose, eyes and lips is what the generation appreciates more today. Because of this, other people are particularly fascinated by the fact that there is a lack of exterior beauty that has undergone surgery or facial changes for people to be liked, the surgery that many consider is the only solution. This paper argues that while plastic surgery gives people the chance to get the look they want, for me this is the perfect solution.
Plastic surgery is a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. While reconstructive surgery aims to reconstruct a part of the body or improve its functioning, cosmetic surgery aims at improving the appearance of it. It is now the talk of the people due to the release of Marlou Arizala or better known today as Xander Ford who undergone plastic surgery for people to like him.
There are many reasons why people choose to have plastic surgery. First reason is the “bad genes,” they are handed down to your birth and will largely dictate how you look throughout the rest of your life. Your looks are determined by your genes, so some people are more strongly motivated to have plastic surgery than to accept what God has given unto them.
UNWANTED WHEN NEEDED
Sleep is a pretty complicated context of rest. Most people will say it’s a necessity. Well, as far as we all know, yes indeed it is. But why is it so hard to get some?
On a study on the WebMD, there are 10 things an insomniac can do to make it through his or her suffering.
First, Wake up at the same time each day. It is tempting to sleep late on weekends, especially if you have had poor sleep during the week. However, if you suffer from insomnia you should get up at the same time every day in order to train your body to wake at a consistent time.
KEEP CALM AND LISTEN
Anyone diagnosed with a sleeping disorder would really feel even more anxious and overthink his/her situation. Just imagine just loving the idea of sleep and then finding out that you’re ill. Surprising isn’t it?
If you belong to those people mentioned, worry not. Don’t characterized yourself as someone who needs immediate medication, although you are, simply see yourself as someone who needs to balance more in your lifestyle. Don’t even think of trying sleeping pills or something dangerous. You can still be helped.

Kung titingnan,malinaw sa kabuuan ng mapa na sa teritoryo ng Pilipinas ay talagang pagmamay-ari natin ito.
